Odessa - The Pearl of the Black Sea. By order of Catherine the Great,

Many of Odessa's finest buildings and monuments
line the boulevard. Among the pretty structures is the Palace of Count Vorontsov. There is the famous Opera and Ballet Theatre, designed by Viennese architects Felner and Gelmer and completed in 1887 in classic baroque lines.
Odessa's main commercial street is Deribasovskaya, where you will discover the City Garden with a local artisan's market. The Arkadia is the most popular beach area with plenty of restaurants and activities. On your way back
you pass through the French Boulevard, the health resorts, the Odessa's Film studio and Musical Comedy Theater.
